My personal analysis of the Automotive Parts and Accessories industry is displayed in the following page.  More information concerning this analysis can also be found through the links that are provided on this page.  There is a S.W.O.T. analysis for this industry, a Porter's Five Forces analysis, Alternatives for improvement, and a final  Recommendation.  In this industry analysis there will also be an introduction to a couple of the competitors that are evident in the industry.  This industry analysis will hopefully provide a good amount of educating material and allow its viewers to understand the amount of competition evident and the importance of what is happening in the industry.

S.W.O.T. Analysis: This is a breakdown of the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats that are associated with the industry.

Porter's Five Forces: This analysis highlights five areas of concern for the industry.  These areas are rivalry among existing firms, threat of new entrants, supplier power, buyer power, and threat of substitute products or services.  These areas are rated from very strong to very weak to show how much of an affect they have on the indusrty.

Alternatives for Improvement:  These alternatives are some suggestions that the industry could consider to try to improve upon their current position.

Recommendation: This is the alternative that I feel is best for the industry to choose in order to improve.

Competitors: This is where I introduce a couple of the competitors that are evident in the industry.  The competitors that I have chosen to focus on are BorgWarner Incorporated and the Eaton Corporation.

I have also provided an annotated bibliography which includes any references that I have used in the creation of the industry analysis.
