Recommendation

            To discover more applications for the current parts that are being produced is my recommendation to the Auto Parts and Accessories industry for improvement.  This would be the easiest and produce the most immediate results in terms of profit and units sold.  This is because the products are already being produced for their original purpose.  This means that there are not any extra development costs. There will be some costs involved with reaching the new customers, but this is minimal compared to the profit that will be made and the costs that would be involved in the research and development of new products.  The cons associated with this alternative are possible problems, but they are of minimal concern because of the low cost of this choice.  This is the best alternative because the possibility of success with this alternative is great, and the cost of failure is low and far outweighed the chance of improvement to the industry.
